Mr. Ng Cher Yan is the founder and Managing Partner of Plus LLP (formerly C Y Ng & Co), a Public Accounting firm, which he established since 1990. Mr. Ng holds a bachelor degree in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Australia. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a member of the Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.

Mr. Ng has close to 40 years of experience in the areas of accounting and finance including experience working in an international accounting firm in Singapore and Australia. His other experiences include handling IPO assignments for clients listing on the Singapore Exchange, Group restructuring, due diligence assignments in Singapore and China region.

Mr. Ng was awarded the prestigious Pingat Bakti Masyarakat or the Public Service Medal in 2007 and was awarded the Bintang Bakti Masyarakat or the Public Service Star Award in 2016 for his various community services.

Mr. Kelvin Ton is a practicing member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) since 2005. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is also a Member of the Singapore Institute Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP).

Mr. Kelvin Ton has more than 20 years of experiences delivering audit and assurance services to clients across various industries. His clients are engaged in construction, manufacturing, trading, engineering, computers and computer-related services, shipping and investment holding companies.

Ms. Ng Wei Han holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). She is an Accredited Tax Practitioner specializing in Income Tax and GST with the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP). She is also a Chartered Secretary/Chartered Governance Professional and an Associate of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS).

Prior to joining Plus LLP, she was an Audit Manager at one of the Big Four accounting firms, where she was involved in the audits of companies including SGX-listed companies and multinational organisations. Her experience spans across various industries such as shipping, oil & gas, logistics, construction, property development, trading, manufacturing and telecommunications.

Ms. Ng is currently a Partner with Plus LLP and services both local and multinational clients across a wide range of industries.
